I've been working on a website that's all about using food to be healthy. It seemed to me, in my nutrition practice, that while people had a lot of ideas about supplements and such, they were always confused about what they should be eating to support their health.

So I've developed a website, www.myfoodmyhealth.com, which will hopefully help people begin to sort this all out and actually give them a meal-plan that includes the best foods possible for any health concerns they may have.

The site also has an algorithm which allows the user to program multiple health conditions, multiple allergies, and to establish profiles for the rest of their family. What does this mean? It means that a family can sit down to, and enjoy each meal, three times a day, and rest assured that it is good for all.

All of the contributing chefs on the site are professionals that know how to cook delicious food for health conditions/concerns. I, myself, have managed to cook about 50% of them by this point, and can say that between the ingredients and flavor profiles, I have never been bored. So food really can be the first and best ally in establishing and maintaining robust health.
